Tuning SK-19 blew an O-ring

Hey Gents, 

Brought out the SK-19 for some full auto fun yesterday, and on not even the 6th shot, POP ppppshhhhhhhhhh all the air rushed out through the barrel, then gun dead. I am assuming she blew an O-ring, just wanted to pick some brains to see which it might be before I go taking it apart. 

Took off the bottle before all the pressure leaked out and the bottle seal is fine. 

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Well, that is a good news (you have an SK-19) bad news (need help fixing it) problem. I wish you good luck because that gun does seem fun.

I do not know this design at all however normally a leak out the barrel is your firing valve/poppet.

Well, Took the whole thing apart as best I could surmise, without a real tutorial, and could not see any problems/failures. One of the allen screws was stripped on the base of the air tube/plenum, but I don't know if would have mattered to remove it anyhow. 

So looks like this goes back to AOA for repairs. That really sucks, because I am quite mechanically inclined, but with no real tutorial, I'm worried I would do more harm than good.

It needs new plastic valve seal.Ship it back .They can be bad when installed at the factory.If you set the reg pressure to high,the valve will come back and close so hard , that it will crack that ring.
