Sizing up steel probe to larger caliber

I know it's possible, but I don't have any of the appropriate tools. I would just buy the correct size, but there are none. 

Does anyone know someone who might be able to do this? . 177 up to a .22

Charlie from Mountain Air does this to the QB probes when you get a .25 barrel from him. I sent in my .177 probe and it came back as a .25. And the barrel shot lights out.

Awesome. That is where I needed to send the probe to  (fitting a barrel there for me)
