simple M3 loose cocking lever fix

Hello Eveyone,

Purchased a .22 M3 600mm this year, loving it. Mainly used for pigeon pest control, often shooting high angles. High angle shots frustratingly the cocking lever sometimes falls open. This has been commented on.

So now testing simple M3 loose cocking lever fix.

Solution: The lever is steel. I placed two 6mm rare earth magnets on the cocking arm. They firmly stay in place and greatly increase closing pressure. Still very easy to pull back, easy to remove. And no big deal if they get lost.

Jury is still out but so far so good.

I like it. did you just have the earth magnets. or did buy them just for this. its a good idea and i would like to do this to my M3.

I had from another project 6x3mm earth magnets from amazon. No glue. Just the magnetic attraction
