What you need for tools is not much.

Measure your mount the way you want it positioned on your forearm and mark it with a dot in the center of the rail mount. I put mine as far forward as the stock screw would allow.
After drilling I add a bit of blue Loctite to the Sling mount screw and nut to set it solidly in place.

- Pilot drill and a 3/16 bit to finish
- Dremel to cut the Sling Stud. Or a ???
- 3/8 nut, washer and lock washer.
- Loctite.
- Pliers and screwdriver.
