Simmons 6-21x44 Side Focus

I purchased this scope back in December for my Weihrauch HW97KT Blackline. I heard good things about it on air rifles so I decided to buy it. It has been mounted and so far so good, but I have a question. Does anyone know if there is a side focus wheel available for these scopes or possibly a generic one? I haven't been able to find any information on it and Simmons doesn't seem to have anything for this scope or others like it on their accessories page. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

you may have to adapt one. I made a UTG wheel for my Athlon. Works great.

Thanks for the reply Dave, I watched your video liked it and commented on it. I just found 2 UTG side wheels both 80mm instead of the 100mm. 80mm is fine with me and is only 20 bucks on Amazon Canada. Will pick one up this week.

I removed the sidewheel on my Hawke Airmax. I often bumped the wheel while cocking and loading my HW97 Black Line and changed the parallax. They are beautiful guns. Aren't they.

I found one of the UTG Bug Buster SWAT side wheel on Amazon, I bought it 3 days ago and was here yesterday. It is the 80mm which is fine for me, it is large enough! But of course it wouldn't fit lol. I removed the insert and used my Dremel with a sanding drum and just went around the inside until it fit. Only problem is there is no actual support for the wheel to fit to the scope. Only the 2 grub screws. It is secured to the scope but I don't know for how long. I will have to modify the insert as you did in the video.

I will see how this side wheel works out, I don't shoot HFT or FT or anything like that, I wish I could find a group close to me that did! Yes they are very very nice guns! I think I need a few more lol. I wish Weihrauch would have done a limited edition thumbhole lamanite stock along side the standard blue lam stock they have already.
