You know those plasticoat signs popping up in every one's yards now a days? Well once they are done and served their purpose they make excellent target holders . You can staple to them or stick Shoot and See's to them. They have a pretty good life left in the before the dump gets em. How you get them is up to you

Absolutely! Most of them make excellent target backers/stands. Just push them in the ground and shoot. You can draw a target on them or use push pins/clamps to secure your target of choice. If you collect enough of them, they are useful(and cheap) for setting up your scope for all the different field target distances in one session.

Especially your "guy's" or "gal's" opponent's signs with their pictures on them. Teeth gets shot first. Yo!

10/15 years ago they were everywhere and easy to accumulate around here ( even assuming I avoided private property, which I did). I haven't seen nearly the same volume more recently in areas I would harvest. Could be the county, I've seen them plucking lots of signs and tossing them in a pickup truck. We'll see what happens this year, I wouldn't mind a couple hundred new ones, my cardboard collection is on the decline....

Yea ESPECIALLY SINCE USPS FLAT RATE BOX "HELP YOURSELF" RACK ARE NOW GONE. Before COVID19 the clerks would all say GO AND HELP YOURSELF. Yo!

Haha, my wife used to run a small pyramid scam, I mean, clothing sales from home and had requested a few packs of those USPS boxes. Got a ton left over when her gig flopped.

I get them the morning AFTER the election. Last time I got so many I think I'm good for life.

I guess the official proper name is Clorplast. This stuff is the best. For my rubber mulch box I just apply another layer to the outside of the box whenever it needs it. It's weather proof too.

I also found these chloroplast signs work the best for my rubber mulch box. The holes get duct taped until the duct tape will no longer stick and then use a new sign.
