Sightron SIII SS vs Nikko Sterling Diamond Sportsman accessories

I'm adding a Sightron SIII SS 10-50x60 to my collection to go on the new RAW 30. It's coming with the fine reticle and the the 1/8 MOA target turrets. Should be here from Midway in a couple of days. Do you guys know if the side wheels and elevation turret wheels from the Big Nikko's will fit on the Sightron, or should I be looking for Sightron specific stuff today?

Sidewheel does not fit for sure, I use a custom BN sidewheel, for which I turned an adapter to fit it to the SIII.
Can't say anything about the turret though.

Thanks, Weatherby. Kinda figured it couldn't be as easy as swapping gear between these scopes. I'll check out the Signtron before I decide to add more dollars on gear.
