After foolishly ripping the rubber eye piece protector off my SIII 10-50x60 putting on ill fitting scope lens covers. I emailed them & they said send it in . The fella I spoke with also attended last RMAC & recommended I go sometime. After a a week or so it came back in bullet proof packing with a letter inside stating what they had done.
They replaced rubber eye piece protector, installed a set of flip up lens covers , cleaned & checked all factory spec of scope. They didn't charge me for this & grateful they didn't. Best scope experience I've had since havening Leupold stall some turrets for me years ago.
They also called me after I initially sent them a email on matter. Left me a message & then recalled me next day.
Just thought to share a experience with you about a very customer-oriented company.
