Just got one of these.
four days ago.
the optic went bad after the first day.
Sig requires you to send the entire rifle back. So don't paint it or modify it in any way, because they replace the entire rifle,
-to repeat; you will not get your old rifle back.
So after only four days of having this gun, they want me to send it back, so they can have it for a few weeks -to replace a $20 optic that was their problem to begin with.
You also can't buy ANY parts for this gun, EVER!!!!
When your one year warranty is up you are on your own. If the butt stock cracks, instead of buying a new $25 butt stock,
(which they won't sell you), I guess they want you to buy another gun.
. -YOU CANT EVER BUY REPAIR PARTS-

Call Sig and ask them, I know it sounds crazy. But this is what they told me.
