Sierra Nevada Varmint Hunt

Cattle cans easily break legs in the dens of the Marmots and Ground Squirrels.
I have seen cattle grazing at 6500’ in the Sierras. In fact they used to graze in Sequoia National Park in the early years. Given the choice… goodbye marmots! But I have seen marmots in scree slopes above the tree line too. They are not likely to become extinct.
