Merry Christmas to all. I just became the proud owner of a new Falcon 50x field target scope. After installing the Harris sidewheel it became apparent that a sidewheel pointer is needed. Just wondering what brand others might be using or any suggestions you might have. Thanks and stay healthy.

Merry Christmas Ronnie. Just go to your local hobby shop and get some thin metal rod. You can bend it to any shape you need and various thicknesses available. I just determine what shape I need and bend it. Then I pinch it in the split line on my scope ring. Works great for my needs! This one, the long leg pinches in the ring split line and the "U" shape straddles my side wheel so it looks like a solid bar across the face of the wheel to show yardage mark. The bottom pics shows another I made with just one bend pointing on the wheel face.
I like the top one (it looks cool across the face of the sidewheel) but prefer the bottom one as it is less likely to be tweaked or bent when squeezed on by the foam pads inside my hard case

Also works if you have an eccentric wheel. The one in the bottom pic is eccentric so the largest diameter part of the wheel can be accommodated as well as the short side still being visible behind the needle albeit a little way behind it.
