Thank you very much! I had no idea how to do the lens change or I should I even try and get one? Not knowing where to buy or which one is very intimidating for me. I'm not good with my Go Pro yet, and have a long way to go. But I would really like to use it on my rifles.
You are defiantly helping with my fears of "blowing it"
No, a lot of catching that pellet on camera is having the right lighting ...like if the sun is right behind you. The best slow motion you can get is from the Sony RX100 V. That’s what AirArmSA uses. It’s 720p @ 960 fps. Or 1080 at 480fps. That or the RX10ii ...both are under $500 now.
Can any one direct me to some youtube video's or some help setting up the go pro black 7 to the side shot device. I've just receive my $1250 package with very little information as to how to set it up for the specific applications we are intending to use if for.
It's to say the least a bit complicated. It would seem the only instruction I can find are how to adjust the focus for the scope. I'd like to know what parameters are best to use and maybe some helpful hints and to how to use this thing. I have down loaded the instruction manual for the go pro and it is of some help but it's not specific at all to the side shot. Like all things computer it assumes you have some basic understanding which I DON'T or not much
I'm recording and down loading but my video's are not very bright and slightly out of focus while the cross hairs are in shaper focus. I find these devices less then intuitive and to buy this thing with really no instructions… well for the money a couple printed pages would have been in order. The go pro app for editing is just about useless as far as I can see. John Heckman
