what makes an air gun vintage

When we’re describing an item as “vintage”, this means that it is at least 50 years old or more. Many people will say that vintage can also refer to items that are 25 years old, and you may hear these types of items being referred to as “new vintage”. If you talk to industry professionals, they will say that a vintage item is technically at least 50 years old.

Gave the 700 and the stock to the 1760 away sold one of the 160s the other was stolen in late 2010. The 101 is in pieces waiting to be restored as are both of the 622s and the Diana 6G just went out for a reseal as I have been screwing to many things up as of late to trust myself with it. The 451 not pictured that I bought as a basket case fifteen years back is still a basket case and I have loads of parts and pieces that I am not sure why I even bought them anymore. Also have at least six or eight project guns going together? Or at least that's what I tell myself. It's a rough life for the addicted soul. ;^) Let's not forget I was not going to buy any guns that I would not shoot. These days I only shoot five or six of my guns the rest just look cool hanging on the basement wall in various stages of de-composure.
