When I was a kid "BOB" meant something to do with the girly magazines we would pilfer from dumpsters. It was/is a college town.

Anyway, did anyone ever say what "BOB" actually means in this case?

Been wondering ever since this post first showed up. I guess it is simply a colloquialism from across the pond that doesn't translate here without explanation.
It is the name that the industry adopted for the jogging strollers
 
So in the FT world and at rifle ranges it’s common to see joggers baby strollers converted into range carts.
Let’s see what you’ve done with your BOB or range cart. Mines not finished and no the barrel won’t touch anything when I’m done - but I’ll go first:

It's on the roof. At my place BOB means Big Orange Ball. You never know where that thing will end up. 😁 😆
