Shout out to Shane at Airguns of Arizona

About a month ago I was shooting at a FT match at Ripley NY, when my Daystate mk4 slipped off my bipod and imbedded itself into the ground. O crap I said ( really poop), I noticed the end of the shroud was separated from the air tube. Next shot was an 1.5” high, the guys I shoot with were good enough to let me go back to the sight in range to rezero the gun. I was worried that the barrel was bent, so when I got home I pulled the barrel and shroud off, set them on some v blocks and indicated them. The barrel and shroud were fine, except when I pulled them off, I also pulled the flat contact strip out of the electronics that go to the readout. Couldn’t get anything to work so I contacted Shane in the service department at AoA. We went back and forth, finally figured that I trashed the readout contact strip. Received a new readout this week, reinstalled and all is wonderful 😀. I really didnt want to send the gun back, and he helped with the diagnosis. Great service. Rick
