This WAS NOT my experience with AV at all.. In fact I would say worst operation I have ever dealt with.. I ordered a NOMAD 2 from PA and when it arrived it would not build pressure. It took me a week to get anyone from AV on the phone and that was a receptionist. She gave me Jordans direct line and I left a message.... nothing for a week... called again daily... left a message... nothing.... 5 emails and 10 voicemails later they Never got back to me... so I sent the unit back to PA and they sent me a new one.... 5 weeks later they responded VIA a facebook message I had sent..... AV will never get another dime from me... glad you had success but they were horrid for me....
