Shot count

so Iv been play with the wild cat.Huma reg set at 130 bar hammer spring turned OUT 3/4 .im shooting 18 jbs at an average of 912 FPS I never kept track of the shoot count before doing all this.Problem is I’m only getting 24 real good shots is this average shot count or should I drop it down to the high 850 880 range by the way this is with a 200 bar fill

I though maybe you did know but new folks come along & just read bit's & pieces.

You should be able to find a post here somewhere on how to change the reg psi by changing out the washer stack in your regulator. Surf up a "Ninja Regulator" video on rebuild/adjusting. Not a hard job but ( thinking of say the small benjimun tank or the one PA sells) if you raise the psi - or make it run wide open- you really have no way to control fill speed/psi as the valve for those tanks is not made to function like that. It's more of an off/on valve than any other fill valve.

Personally still not sold on any of the very tempting low cost compressors but the shoebox was down around $450.00 a while back and is well know. I use an Altros booster. Seems a horrible expense untill you use it the first time. Makes you smile like 2 new airguns! But hten you'd have to adjust your pellet budget.
