Finished rebuilding this Crosman 400. Just received the magazine. Had a chance to shoot the 400 and a 700 it still had a co2 charge from a week ago.

The new magazine works great ten shot capacity. Looking forward to some better weather to take it outside. The indoor range is maximum 30 feet. 37 rounds before it started dropping off.

Sold a Crosman 400 for a friend a few years ago (still had green painted carts in it) and he told me to go ahead a "test fire it a bunch" to make certain it worked well. A lot more fun -used to a model 180- than I had thought it would be. Built strong to last long.

hello
i was given a cross man 400 (jc Higgins) in parts. wonder if you could answer couple of questions.
I have 2 white spacers but holes dont seam to match the barrel, so

Does the spacers go under the breech or right up to the breach on both sides ( short and long one) ? does the ball and spring go into the bottom of the breech in the small hole ?
where did you buy the pellet feeder as i need to purchase one ?
any help would be appreciated , any pictures also
