At what tempature will you notice poi change in a springer. I realize there are a lot of variables like lube used and seal resistant. Just looking for a range. Its 31 today! Don

They are all different. My HW97 poi shifts 1 mil from 75f to 45f. It seems mechanical, because my trajectory stays the same. If you use Maccarri heavy tar on your spring you will probably see a loss in velocity below freezing.

If you are sitting on a bench and target shooting....remember after a few shots you are putting heat into the spring so things might change.
If you are hunting and it is a one shot and done.....personally I would choose a different tool for that job.
