Shooting pigeons

Just curious! Seen a guy shooting pigeons in central Texas with a airgun under bridges on youtube, had his barrel taped orange said it was perfectly legal. My question is if it's not! where in central tx around cedarpark, austin, leander can I shoot pigeons with my airrifle
Not from Texas here, but Florida. Although if the laws or statutes are any similar, you cannot shoot animals invasive ir not in a public park unless contract by the city.

Contact the land owner: That will be a municipality in which the bridge or overpass is located.
Consult: TX DNR rules and regulations handbook.
Some states clearly state no "hunting" from a roadway.
The guy from off my rocker on YouTube shoots from under an overpass / bridge.. My guess he obtained permission from the municipality..

He states he has a friend who works with the police department and was granted permission from them
