Shooting in the Snow

Normally I don’t get much shooting done during the winter, but it warmed up a little and the wind laid down so I headed to my permission. I wanted to shoot my new Dreamline classic that I just bought in.22. Also needed to shoot my impact mk2 in .30 as i had removed the scope and reinstalled. I had a good time. The Dreamline is a sweet rifle, accurate and quiet. Did I mention that I hate snow and cold. These snow pics are for you guys down south.

BEAUTIFUL! , but you guys can have it! Shot today at our club range here in Baton Rouge. Not a cloud in the sky, very light wind and temps in the high 60's Eat your heart out!!. Have had only one light frost so far this year when temps got down to a frigid 29 degrees. LOL!!

Looks like fun. I went back and shot my .45 Challenger tonight after work. Been bunny hunting most every night just before dark. Not as much snow here Lansing area. Where you at? Heading north Saturday squirrel hunting. Wondering how much snow north of Clare.

I am very far south. In the southern hemisphere to be exact. We do not know snow at all. A question that's been bugging me - doesn't the vapor trail freeze and falls to the ground?
