Shipping to Puerto Rico

I have some slugs I have to ship to PR , I was curious, what does everyone use to ship these? UPS wants to bend me over hard to get them there, can I use a USPS priority box since there are USPS locations in PR? Any help would be appreciated.

Use usps. I has a buddy there and ship to him with no problem.

I recall on the single sale I had to someone in PR, USPS was the most viable option. UPS prices seem to go way up when shipping over water (HI or PR). USPS prices seemed to be a little higher compared to CONUS shipping, but not by too much.

Use the Flat rate boxes, Check on line they come in several sizes. Post offices do not carry all sizes.

Well there's the problem. UPS doesn't realize P.R. is an island!

That makes me wonder, how many brown trucks are sitting at the bottom of the Atlantic just off Miami?
