I am hearing rumors about some recent game changes in USA regulations. I know for years the ITAR was a thingy if I wanted to buy a better scope new from some US stores, but I had never problem with used - second hand stuff, marked as such on the box.
I have now a post in classifieds for "WTB a target scope".
I got a pm offer today, but a person is not sure can he "export" the scope across the border, and how to do it? He may be able to ship the package to "myUSaddressInc" in Niagara (I was using it for years - earlier), but I am not vaxed and now I cannot enter the US borders ...
Anybody from USA have a recent experience shipping/mailing to Canada?
