Nice shot. Thanks for sharing the photos. I remember shooting my mom’s Sheridan when I was a kid. I had my own Crosman 760 that I treasured but that Sheridan was the “real deal” when I got the chance to shoot it.
Please take note of the primitive site, referred to as a peep sight. Precision work can be done with one, as the author of this post displays. I wonder how many squirrels total fell to me with the Sheraton in my hands. Open sites.
Peep sights can be incredibly precise. Believe it or not for all the gang of 40 to 50 X scopes users out there (like me). With the correct target and site picture, you can shoot MOA at distance with a peep sight.
