Took my Blue Streak out today. What a beast. Five pumps and cans at 55 yards are very nervous. Wind was way too crazy to hit at 80 but was fun trying.

I agree. The sound they make while pumping always brings back memories as a kid up north in Michigan during the summer.
I'm only the current caretaker. I take it out once in a while. Still surprises me how ageless it is every time I shoot it.

There's just something about the size, shape, and nostalgia of the Sheridan - nothing else like them! I try to shoot mine every few months or so. It's always a joy!

A Dan was my second airgun I ever owned after the daisy BB gun. I finally replaced the 1 that was stolen in the 70s from my father In-laws cabin in the desert.

I agree , i have always liked the way it feels shooting it and the light weight is great for woods walking / Squirrel hunting . absolutely the best ..

I shot a can with the Blue Streak yesterday, too, but 50 feet away, 3 pumps. Every week it gets some use. It is a shooter. There is no nostalgia about it in my case, but I agree that the feel and shape feel good, familiar and comfortable. I also love the peep sight.

I love the Sheridan and it is my most accurate pumper. However, those 7th and 8th pumps are brutal and much harder than my vintage Crossman 140, Benjamin 312, Daisy 880 and Crossman 760.

Same with me my first was a daisy spittin image winchester bb gun. $13 at great Eastern Mills. Then a 1966 blue streak. Man what a differance!!!

Well if we're splitting hairs here the 1 I have now was 1 of first ones Benjamin made as it's a 1978 model.
