Settings for starlings for FX crown to be as quiet as possible pls.

I posted this over in the PCP forum...

I need my FX Crown .25 to be quiet as possible, no silencers allowed in Canada.

Right now I 'm trying to remove starlings at under 50 yards. I want it to be as ethical as possible, so before I go changing settings I would like to know what I should try.

Right now I am on 177/22 at max. *25.39 gr JSB pellets.

When I was shooting Starlings inside a barn at close range (15 to 20 yards), I used Mid Power on my Streamline 22 (700 fps?) and the lightest JSB Pellets I could find (13gr ?). This was plenty to drop them with body shots. I've never shot on lower power at 50 yards. Mid power on my Str22 would give me a 2 inch drop at 35 yards but was still accurate.
