Setting up my S510 for starlings

I am planning to set up my Air Arm S510 .177 calibre to shoot starlings inside barns. The Pard008 will be mounted on it so I can prepare for the night time starlings shoot when I get the green light from the farmer.

This is my second PCP that I purchased almost 7 years ago. I bought it used from a South African who used to compete in the World field target events back in the days. I was very fortunate to pick this beautiful rifle off his hands. It is tuned to shoot the AA 8.4gr at 12 ft.lb.

I was zeroing it out to 40 yards and realized I have forgotten my fill probe. So the video got cut short and I continued my morning doing some starlings shooting with my FX Crown + Baracuda 18.

Hopefully I will be able to do some pesting work with it once I get it set up.

It's very satisfying seeing that puff of feathers fly when a solid hit is made on those vile creatures.

starlings are the only birds i pest shoot. hate them!

I use my RWS 75TO1 match rifle for indoor pest control, the farmer appreciates the low velocity not causing any damage to his buildings in case of a miss or pass thru. They drop like a rock at 565 fps with a match grade wadcutter, plenty of knockdown power at 25 yds. A simple 4x40 scope makes sighting them easy even in low light.
