Well I got one in 22 caliber and shooting 27 grain h&n slugs over 950 and Hunter extremes are hitting 1125 ft per second.
I can put crossman hollow points that weigh 14-3 all the way down to 600 ft per second and over 1200 ft per second on the high end. Of course if you turn them up that high and break the sound barrier they tumble completely out of control and miss the target completely. If you slow him down to 800 ft per second they group with about an inch at 50 yards so not bad for a cheap crosman pellet. I like to shoot the jumbo Beast 33.95s to smash the skull of just about any animal that weighs less than 350 lbs.
