looks interesting 37ish fpe.

my only concern is it looks like the air cylinder is same as 22&177 variants. my 22 variant shoots best 3.1k down to 2k on low. I get 8 really consistent shots then pump 25 times to get back to 3.1k. the 25 variant looks like a 5 consistent shot rifle.

S97, you just have to pump between shots. If the thing lasts longer than The Independence, has any build simplicity of Benjamin & Crosman 397 760 respectively than I may have to get one of these. 

Don’t know what caliber I’d go with. 36-37 ft lbs with what pellets? No, I haven’t watched any of the videos but .25’s are available in 16 grain GTO H&N FTT 20.06, & yes I’d hope it shot Kings well but they do best at 880 FPS around 44.69 45ish ft lbs.

Dam, 3600psi. I’d be pumping to 2800 at most & pumping in between shots. The .25 on PA says high of 800 FPS so I wouldn’t say optimal but in .177 & .22 looks like a great deal of a rifle at $399.00 new & I’ll just buy a refurbished one when they start coming back. Maybe put a LW or a BSA barrel I have around on her.

I agree about the pump between shots self-regulated ability of the the aspen/freedom variants. My .22 variant is extremely accurate, and not very pellet picky. I can get incredible accuracy set on low, start @ ~3.1K, shoot once and pump three times, rinse, repeat. 

I'll be buying a 25 variant at some point, as the 22 is performing so well.

I was considering the .25 but feel the same way, the tank is to small I have the .22 and it’s just big enough for it. And fpe is not much higher I get right at 38 fpe with the.22 the .25 gets around 40 fpe. I still might get once I see what others can do with it, my .22 is so accurate and shoots good with almost any pellets I put in it and crazy accurate with at least 4 pellets that I have found so far and I’m just starting.
