Self resetting steel target.

Well after seeing RX targets and seeing as I'm in Canada and shipping that wouldnt be feasible. Decided to make my own, ordered some 1/4" cold rolled 1018 steel. Bought some nuts, bolts, springs and ready-rod.

Wanted something that was self resetting so I can use it horizontally or vertically like screwed to a tree. And has to take all that .25 and .30 have to offer.

There's bolts in the paddles that as the paddle swings back it should give a second good whack. And also hopefully protect the springs from spalling. Again all theory.

I think it'll be fine at 130+fpe but we shall see, my good friend did the welding for me.

Thank you sir, yeah was a busy weekend. Got to dust off the Boss in .22 after it was all done and try it out. Definitely can tell the difference in sound between the front plate and paddles.
