Tuning Sekhmet Gauge Screen Dimly Lit

I have the gauge on an Fx impact and went to charge it this morning . After a hour or so of charging I am noticing it is very dimly lit - barely readable …. Any guesses to what has happened ?
I sent the company a email off their page .
Ive kept this unit charged and of course it’s stored in a heated environment . I believe it’s 2 years old- but they got to last longer then this for their cost ?

Looks like sekhmet have improved 100% on their customer service. Nicole Rai is the new chief executive and she certainly knows how to Look after customer's well.

Nichole Rae got right back to me - sent her some evidence to support my claim of the display going weak and awaiting a reply . Hopefully they replace this unit as it is on a gun that rarely gets used . Spent 3/4 of its life in the box it came in .
I also have a Edgun gauge purchased around the same time and it’s still goin strong .
