SEKHMET Digital Gauge Issue!

Purchased two SEKHMET digital gauges less than one month ago. Last Saturday one gauge suddenly didn't work. Could not wake up or power on. I tried to charge(over 2 hours) and reset(short circuit). But the screen never turned on. I’ve sent several emails for this issue since last Saturday, but no response till now. Their contact phone number is also blocking. Did anyone had similar problems? 
 
I had one that shut down but I put it on the charge and it came back to life. I'm sure that's not what you wanted to hear but that's the only thing I could do was to try and charge it even though it was charged.

When you place the charger on it does it light up? Mine did but wouldn't do anything but I just kept tapping on the screen and then I cleaned it off and tried again. Not sure what happened but after that it kicked back into Easy Mode.

Thank you for sharing. My gauge doesn't even light up when charging. Last time it showed pressure was last Wednesday and the battery was full.

SEKHMET digital gauges are multifunctional when they work properly. Hoping someone from them will response my emails. I compared it with my bigger Huma digital gauge. Just 1 or 2 bar difference between them although I don't know the precision of my Huma gauge is 0.4% or 1%. I also ordered another max 400bar digital gauge which is 0.2% precision since Huma is only max 250bar.

There’s a hard reset by touching two of the contacts at the same time. I had that same problem with one of the gauges I was beta testing a long time ago and it solved the problem. Hopefully they’ll contact you and tell you how to do it. It was so long ago, I don’t remember which two contacts need to be touched at the same time. Their customer service is top notch h, they’ll get it straightened out. Good luck.

I actually received two gauge with different finish. One stainless shell is very smooth with all round edges. Another one is very rough like the brushed stainless with sharp edges. I requested to replace the rough one with smooth finish. Got replying that the smooth finish gauge is old version and not available anymore. Now the smooth one died only three days after installation, so I don't know if I'm lucky or not...

I just received a second Sehkmet Guage and this new one will not show pressure.I am using it on a Edgun Leshiy 2 1st one was on the regulator and working fine second or new one I installed on the tank and it will not show pressure at all.After exhausting every possible solution I decided to swap the gauges and the new guage still does not work shows zero pressure on the regulator.Suck thing now is that with all the in and out of the adaptor to the guage on the main tank Those 2 orings are looking not so good.PITA

The dependability of the Sekhmet gauges for me, seem too inconsistent at this point in production. "When it works" mentality is not for me, I don't want to spend field time, replacing the gauge if it doesn't work. As tuneafish stated PITA to deal with. Maybe, Sekhmet could offer a discount in the cost of the gauge and the shipping, to be a beta tester. I'm Not trying to ruffle feathers of those of you that have them, just my take on the topic.
