My current Firmware version is V6.0C 23F03 trying to update to the latest Version V6.4C 25A09.
One of my two gauges seems to have a bug, won't stay on Regulator setting, keeps defaulting to Pro setting.
I haven't found any information about the latest firmware version, but thought it might fix the bug.
Followed the step-by-step guide, Gauge displayed DFU-2304 R 2 Exit. Clicked Next and the programmer displayed "No response from device" error message, and the programmer would not proceed to next step. Attempted a few times to start over from the beginning of the process and then my Sekhmet 28Pro Gauge freezes displaying the battery charging icon.
I have to wait about 48 hours, for the battery to drain, before I can restore function of the gauge.
The gauge finally discharged and shut down, I fully recharged the gauge. After restoring the Gauge, I attempted to try again with another laptop.
On the 1st attempt, after connecting the cable, the Gauge freezes on the charging progress bar.
The 1st failed attempt was on a laptop running Windows 11.
The 2nd failed attempt was on a laptop running Windows 10.
I found a post about this issue, on Facebook from almost a year ago, but no resolution was discussed.
