Sealant needed between tank and valve? Noob question

After waiting for months for the slow boat from China to arrive, I finally received a 3L AceCare CF tank and fill valve assembly today. The tank and the valve assembly arrived in separate boxes. My question is, do I need some sort of sealant on the valve thread to install it on the tank, or is a snug tightening enough? At 4500 psi, I don’t want to make a mistake.

No sealant or what, I just like to add a little Teflon tape on the thread as is serves as lubricant going in and out, I just hate the gritty feel when threading in, its helps also to protect the thread over time when removing it bec 2 different metal will have a very small static electricity that might cause corrosion over time, learned that from engineers at work dealing with gas line pipes.

Use nothing on the threads it could clog the slots made for pressure release in case things get loose. It will get plenty tight and the o-ring will seal just fine when pressure is added.
