I've installed the FX rings with my UTG Bug 9X scope on the Daisy Avanti 753. Putting the scope in the rings was easy. Mounting the assembly on the 753, no problem,
But when I tried to get the rings completely seated, they would not on one of the rings. I finally looked at them closely, and found a bump on the rear ring, I am guessing that this is deliberate, though I would have preferred that both be perfectly flat.
My initial adjustment is only 1/32 of an inch between front and rear. Front being the lower measurement. I am hoping that this little bit of difference will be enough for me to hit a target at 50 yards. According to the card insert, 4mm = 4 meters @ 100 yards. If that's the case, I will be cranking down my adjustment. I have my scope set at zero change for elevation.
I'll find out just how much change I need on Friday.
