Which way do they go on 11 mm rail

Yes I'm sure. It's worth noting you can often mount the scope either way. As long as it clamps securely, you're good. That will almost always be possible with a 3/8" rail since it's slightly wider. The idea is to have the scope centered above the bore but as long as you orient the scope properly and hold it level when shooting, it makes no difference whatsoever. The scope mounting method I'm referring to is described in this thread https://www.airgunnation.com/topic/canting/#post-379913

No problem! Just to avoid any ambiguity for others reading along, there's another common scope procedure that is also called the mirror method, and that's where you hold the scope against a mirror and twist the turrets until the reticle and its reflection are superimposed. That is a way to mechanically center the scope, and it's a good idea to do so before mounting the scope.

Turns out mirrors are useful for more things than just reminding me I'm getting older.

There are a couple of other ways to mechanically center a scope. I drafted a little guide if anyone is interested https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=116903
