Scope ring help 30mm dove tail

What rings do you guys like to use in 30mm for 11mm rail. 

I was thinking about BKL but the scope is 44mm and don't believe the BKL can go that high ?

what rings do you recommend ?

I heard BKL quality went down lately...I own few pairs from back in the day and they are very well built. High rings should be fine for 44mm objective.

BKL are decent. Don’t know what rifle you are putting it on, but the right BKL high rings cleared a 50mm objective on the Red Wolf in my picture below. Also a pic of the specific rings below.

If you want to cheap out there's the Sun Optics (Formerly B Square AA adjustable mounts) SHOP SMART pay $20-$25 (OR NOT) $30-$40. serves the same purpose they worked well for CHEAP even on my springers.

Then you can go 11mm to Picatinny adapters and run Burris XTR Signature rings with offset shim inserts too.

I have both Sportsmatch and Sun Optics in use. Lots of sets of Sportsmatch for a long time and then bought a couple sets of Sun Optics. I haven't liked the Sun Optics as much as the Sportsmatch rings. They work fine but seem harder to adjust for me.

I no longer trust BKL brand. Second to the last set was defective and this is the last one I got and afraid to use it after (read the review) yup it's pretty wobbly-!

I dont trust the new FX No Limits Rings either. Seems like the material they use isn't as robust compared when they first were first introduced many years ago.

I think BKL and FX need to go back to old school roots when they sold exceptional perfect trouble free worry free mounts.

I used Hawke tactical medium 2 piece rings to mount a 4-16 x 44 mm IR, SF, Compact Hawke scope on my HW95L which leaves about 1/8" clearance for the objective lens. I'm pretty sure I've used BKL dovetail rings to install my Tac Vector Veyron 3-12x44. Fit on both my P-rod & my HW30. 

Yup just checked. BKL single strap low rings. The objective cleared even with the flip cap on both & the magazine had plenty of clearance on the P-rod. 

I bought them used. Not sure if the specs have changed.

Just make sure you don’t go too low that you can’t get a quality scope cover on your objective end.

I've always had good luck with BKL rings, light and strong, I have them on all my comp. guns both single and double strap.

I have two piece alignment rods ground and machined by a HAAS cnc, and the BKL are no better or worse than any other I've used.

Same here as to the BKL rings. I don't use them routinely because I prefer the adjustability of the Sportsmatch rings. But the BKL's I have in use have always been excellent.
