Scope recommendations for a FWB 300s (25m Benchrest)

Need help finding a Springer rated scope for my FWB 300s. It will be used for benchrest.
I would like to have at least 24x and be short enough to access the breech easily. Got suggestions?

24x i really dont have many .. a decent bulletproof scope that gives pretty good detail at ~20-30y is a utg 4-16 .. its served me well on multiple platforms for years, kinda grew on me .. one of my favorites ..tad long, but not many 24s are shorter anyway ..

Here's what I use on my FWB300SU for 25M BR. It includes a UTG drooper picatinny adapter available at Pyramyd. Notice that it raises the scope high enough to make it easier to load pellets. The scope is a Mueller 8-32X44 target dot. They sell for around $250 or less and is a fine scope for this application. This gun likes JSB 7.87 gr pellets at 25M.

What a coincidence, that's the exact same scope I have on my 300s. That picatinny drooper just may be the ticket versus looking for a compact scope. Not to mention the cost savings. How is the cheek weld with that mount?

Might come down for a short visit this winter. Come on up in the summer and shoot 100 yd with us.
