If I had a gun in .30 cal and an archery set up, is there one scope that could be used for both?

Yea. Something with a MRAD or MOA reticle has worked for me. Reference the following thread for details:

Sometimes I wish I had bought a bulldog instead of the airbow so I could shoot slugs as well but the airbow does have the advantage of being regulated, getting 8 shots per fill, and no worry of shredding fetching due to arrows going around the "barrel" rather than in it. Didn't read every post...

@DoolyTiger After re-reading this post, when you mentioned “an archery setup,” were you asking about a scope for a crossbow? My mind went to airbolts and I may have misunderstood. If so, there have been discussions about using crossbow scopes on airguns. I don’t know much about that and thought an archer might have a better response if one hasn’t already chimed in.

I have a UTG 130 BDX reticle crossbow scope speed ring or 2-6 power...Its works great... Yardage numbers as you go...can hit target at 120 yards on reticle.... You can buy on Amazon used for $125.00. I'd just buy a crossbow scope for arrows and a regular optic for your 30 cal....my 2 cents
