Scope for a powerful springer !

I have one each on my Diana 48 and 350 and both have held up fine after thousands of shots. The new Vantage line from Hawke (which will replace the HD line) is supposedly of single tube construction and according to them more robust. Also, while I'm not a huge fan of IR scopes, the Hawke IR's have an etched reticle. Reticle failures on spring guns are common, so this is a worthwhile feature IMO. Now if you are willing to pony up more cash, the Leupolds and Vortex scopes, to name a few, are a step up.

Any Hawke is good enough for a springer. I have Diana 460 Magnum, the gun recoils like a 30-06 springfield, no problem so far. I have had the gun for more than 8 years with a Hawke sport 3-9 x40, I have no problems with the scope being on that gun, It has been shooting lights out at 50 yards.

Love my springers, and they all have Hawke scopes on them.

I hope this helps.
