scope conundrum

After ordering a rifle from AOA, I discovered I did not have an appropriate scope. Back to their website to find that the MTC Mamba 3-10x40 was on sale. Listed as a side focus scope.

It arrived today and there is no side focus and the objective is not adjustable. To top it off, the adjustment covers seem to have been installed with a pipe wrench. Since it is unuseable for the intended purpose, I guess thats a moot point.

I would request a return shippers label.

Shouldn't have to pay for return shipping for a mis represented item.

MTC only got one year warranty just so you know incase you get issues with their scopes in the long run.

Better off buying this one without AO. Description states parallax free from 15 yards to infinity.

Guessing it's a 30mm tube and mil dot.

Being a FFP is probably being too hopeful.

Well then. You should definitely bring it up with the sales person over the phone when requesting your return shipping label.

That is mis leading and false advertising.

You deserve a return shippers label and full refund in my humble opinion.

Looks like the other misrepresentations in the description supersede the over looked 100 yard fixed parallax.
