What camera is everyone using for scope-cam filming? I assume that the Casio brand of HS cameras are very popular due to the Casio specific rings sold in EagleVision's scope-cam kits. Just thought I'd see what else is out there.
you care to elaborate or link? your speaking my language!"greg"Another thread on the same question: http://airgunnation.dev/topic/scopecam/
I use Canon Powershot N with hacked firmware that lets me have a very compact 3D printed adapter (virtually zero eye relief).

Yep, it does 240 fps at 320x240. I find that 120fps (640x480) fits my needs though. My "Needs' being - finding answers to questions like "WTF has just happened there? I thought I had everything perfect". When I get some time I'll put together a video of head-scratchers that previously would go into "unsolved mystery pile". When those happened before - at best - I'd miss the target and learn nothing. At worst - I'd get a wrong idea and waste time searching for black cats in a dark rooms (which were not there to be found anyway).I have the same camera as Greg. It does slow motion but I don't think it's 240 fps. I'll need to check
Cool, I've used the new firmware but I'm having issues.. I'll have to dive into the menu further."greg"

Now, every time I have a scope cam ON while shooting, and a "mystery" happens - I am able to find an answer, and learn a ton. Every single time.
So, I agree with those who said before that the next frontier in scope technology appears to be in making them 'smart', which would include recording the shot for later analysis. Sure, the beauty of simplicity is lost in the process of going higher-tech, but same can be said when going from iron sights to optical sights, or ... a club to bow and arrow![]()

Happy to help, but not sure what you are asking. I did an overview of my scope cam setup here.
Also, I think there is a bug in your binary. Should not it be:
