Erg, My safety switch on my RWS 350 (T06) broke. I have to use a dowel pin to push it in now which is a pain.
How do I fix this, can I disable the safety mechanism or do I have to buy another trigger assembly?

so, could you do without the safety, i would think no way
Chambers has a new part but you will have to take the gun apart and that means the trigger group
now before that i would get the best epoxy in the 5 minute range and try to glue it back on
now i would drill a small hole in each piece so the glue has a better chance of working 2mm would be my choice
but you would not want the drill bits to get in the trigger group so that is a problem

it could hold for a week and month or a day but it was the easiest way to deal with it
i would it the meantime order the part
I figured as much, I let it dry for a couple hours and packed some more in it. Gonna give it a 24 hour "cure" and hope for the best. This gun has its side stock screws strip out from re-tightening it so many times I drilled and re-tapped with bigger screws, dropped it one day and broke the sights so they are new, got a Vortek spring and piston seal in it a couple months ago. This thing is 10 years old and probably has 40,000 rounds through it and broke many many a scopes with it so I am sticking with the iron sites on this puppy.
