Gamo Safely depressurize a Gamo Coyote

Hello,

I got a Gamo Coyote (similar to BSA Buccaneer and some other Gamo's) to fix with pellets stuck in the barrel. The bolt and magazine are also stuck, I think because of the pellets.

I want to remove the breech and barrel but I want to depressurize the rifle first. Since the bolt mechanism is stuck, I cannot shoot the air out. I tried loosening the pressure gauge but after a few turns, there is no air coming out and I'm afraid too loosening it too much.

Does anyone know a safe way to depressurize this rifle? Thanks for the help.

Kind regards,

Ties

There is no need to depressurise anyway if you just want to remove the barrel and action.
This is probably true. Can’t remember 100%. That gun is a bit tricky to split apart. There is a hidden screw somewhere that I can’t remember exactly where it is. I think trigger guard somewhere. YouTube or google was how I figured it out.

You can, I have owned two, and there is a hidden screw in the inside of the trigger/cocking mechanism, as long as you don't remove the screws holding the firing valve into the cylinder your fine.
Good deal. Yeah I remember it being a super easy gun to work on once I figured out where that screw was. Lol.
