Saber Tactical Bottle Clamp Rail Adapter

Has anyone tried one of these Saber Tactical Bottle Clamp Rail Adapter.https://utahairguns.com/saber-tactical-bottle-clamp-rail-adapter/ 

I have an FX Dreamline tact with CF bottle and this appears to be the only way to get a bi-pod further forward on the gun. If someone has used the adapter, did they find any problems with the bottle flexing? Or if anyone has another option I'd be eager to hear about it.

I have 2 of them and no issues. The bottles are very strong structurally to withstand the pressure so I don’t/have not seen any issues. Just be sure the bottle is on relatively snug.

I put one on my Fx Crown, but took it off after only a few outing with it.

The problem I found is that the clamp would rotate on the bottle from use. If one is only shooting from a bench, it should work fine, but when hunting outdoors I found it moving on me.

Same thing was happening to me. When I would try to adjust the rifle the bottle would turn but like Dave said if your sitting a bench you should be ok.

I have used them on 2 Crowns without any issue. Nothing turned, whether on the bench or walking around (although generally when I am walking around with the rifle I tend to take the bipod off. I also have a tube clamp on my Wildcat and have had zero problems with that as well.

Is the bottle clamp stable as installing a Picatinny Rail on red wolf? Bottle clamp or drill the stock for picatinny?

I have one on my mk2 crown. I didn’t want to drill my pepper lam stock. But the clam is damn good because how ever you hold or shoulder it, you can move it closer or farther depending on the angle needed

I'm curious about shooting from the bench too. Does moving the bipod further forward increase the the overall stability of the rifle when shooting from the bench?

Yes. The further forward you can mount the bipod the more inherently stable it will be.

Sorry if this is hijacking the thread. has anyone used a barrel to bottle clamp with the pic rail on the bottom? Would the weight of the rifle on the bipods force the barrel up?
