Hello!
After near 400rds of texoma precision pellet .45 and airgun tacticals ammo i can finally say this bintac s45 semi auto 45 cal is a usable tool now.
To get to this thing functioning without things popping out i had to:
1. Open up the rear two black cylinder areas and remove all internals that would come out. Put the rod shaped ones in a drill and wet sanded and polished the metal. It wasn't terrible but you used to can feel every ridge with your finger nail.
2. Buy the official bintac s 45 orings straight from bintac. The ones I recieved from him for the barrel o ring had a higher durometer and was more stiff than the original. Used grease from huma air on the o ring. Grease stays on for a long time.
3. Installed bintac regulator. Set it to the min at 210ish bar so that it would be as quite as possible. Donnyfl great kami goes great with the 500cc [atleast]+ carbon fiber tank front rear 1100cc i believe.
Only been using the trxoma precision pellet slugs and airgun tactical 45 slugs without issues such as the old barrel breach seal o ring popping out or air leaking or way too loud even with the great kami mod or air capacity issues. Hope this helps someone out there with a s45 with trouble.
