Air Arms S410 SL Xtra FAC .22 cal Value

I have a S410 SL Xtra FAC walnut stock that i purchased new years ago at Pomona Airguns. It’s mostly been a safe queen with less than a tin of pellets thru it. Condition is like new and still holds air. I haven’t shot Airguns in many years. I’m looking to sell it locally or at a Airgun show coming up in October but I have no idea what would be a good asking price. For you guys familiar with this air rifle, can you give me some guidance? Thanks for any info.

In general I'd suggest knocking 1/3 off msrp for a used gun.

Usually agree about 1/3, but your rifle is not popular; only people who know what it is would pay 2/3 the price. Anyhow, be lucky to get that. It's a good start. Then say or best offer.It is a good "old fashioned" PCP

I saw one at an airgun show in October a couple years ago. I'm assuming the NC airgun show is what you are talking about. I believe the guy was asking $700 for it, which is close to the aforementioned 2/3 of retail. It currently resides in my safe, although I worked out a trade, and didn't outright buy it. The newer, regulated 510, which is otherwise almost identical sells for $1500.

I agree that only airgun people will know what it is, but at the airgun show, everyone will know what it is. The problem is, they are all looking for a deal, or just looking. The one I got sat on the table most of the day before I made a deal, so it didn't get snapped up at $700. I think I've seen them on the classifieds here in the $600 range, not sure if that was walnut or not.
