There is a video on youtube of the Diana manufacturing plant. Just shows people assembling products from parts....out sourced. No manufacturing going on there...just like Crosman.

Look for the older stuff, from any manufacturer...much better than the new stuff.

Maybe i will have someone rebuild it , as i do not know anything about rebuilding , might be a better idea .
what caliber is it? are you interested in selling it?
rebuilding shouldn't be hard, as long as you can get the piston seal and a spring..
if you can source the parts I'd rebuild it for you.

Pleased with my Diana rifle family. Seldom used, but good to look at….
 
I picked up a 54 a few months ago and got parts from ARH. Spring, piston and breech seals. Getting parts is not a problem. Working on the 54 was not that bad either, not break barrel easy but simple enough. A spring compressor is a must as well as a custom spacer block to out at the rear of the action to protect the safety while rebuilding.

I've got a spring compressor..
now I just need to find a 54
