Несколько лет назад в АНБ они работали над переводом на естественный язык (около 1958) Они проверили фразу: «Дух желает, а плоть слаба». Машина перевела это так: «Вино хорошее, но мясо гнилое». Так много для искусственного интеллекта.

So, when somebody tries to participate in Russian forum using English, he immidiately got the responce "Get rid out your English! That is Russian forum", or "Are you banned in Google? Who needs here your English" and so weiter 
I think that it is a kind of respect to use the language the majority is using as language as default, even though one need to use the Google for that. As it is said in Russia "You either put on the underpants or take off the cross"
