RTI RTI Prophet P2 FPS changing

Ok for the last 10 or so years I have had Crickets,Mutants,Veterans, Vulcans,and Uragns, Oh my P1 no problem , Now I am not used to working on my guns just shooting them, My P-2 I just replaced the valve as it was leaking, Pretty simple for a all thumbs guy. But now when the gun sits over night when I shoot it the FPS is 710 for the 1st two shots, Then it jumps back to 960FPS , Must be the Regulator, What do all the experts say, Regulator, or did I put the valve in side ways, LOL. My Regulator is set at about 110 bar, My hammer spring is 19 turns in from fully all the way out, Its a P-2 compact likes to shoot JSB 18gr at 960 to 980 FPS very accurate,

I would turn the hammer spring in just a little more and test. That’s assuming the hammer was set properly to begin with. It has to be close. I would do 1/4 turn at a time. If things keep acting weird, do a complete retune. But I think it’s close.

I kinda thought it was the hammer spring , I will see what happens with a few tweeks to the hammer

Ended up with a full turn in a total of 20 turns , No change in FPS, The JSB 18 gr pellets seem to like the 960 FPS .
Didnt touch the regulator its still setting at 110 bar
